The 3D2N Sailing Trip is our flagship expedition and the most rewarding way to experience the Komodo Archipelago. Departing every Friday from Labuan Bajo Marina, guests live aboard our handcrafted wooden Phinisi vessel equipped with air-conditioned private and shared cabins.
Our native captains navigate calm tropical straits connecting secluded dive sites, pink coral shores, and uninhabited savannah hills. With an onboard private chef serving freshly caught fish, local vegetables, and tropical fruits, you will enjoy restaurant-grade hospitality while anchored under pristine island stars.

Day 1: Kelor Island – Menjerite Snorkel – Kalong Flying Fox Sunset ▼
Embarkation at Labuan Bajo Marina (10:00 AM). Cruise toward Kelor Island for a short uphill trek with panoramic sea views. Proceed to Menjerite for shallow reef snorkeling. Anchor beside Kalong Island at twilight to watch thousands of giant flying foxes take flight against the setting sun. Fresh dinner served on deck.
Day 2: Padar Island Sunrise – Pink Beach – Komodo Dragons – Taka Makassar ▼
Early morning summit trek on Padar Island to catch golden dawn rays spilling over three distinct colored beaches. Swim and unwind on the soft red sands of Pink Beach. Ranger-escorted trek on Komodo Island to spot wild Komodo dragons. In the afternoon, explore the crescent sandbar of Taka Makassar and drift snorkel with manta rays at Manta Point.
Day 3: Siaba Turtle Point – Kanawa Island – Labuan Bajo Return ▼
Morning snorkeling in Siaba Bay, famously known as the sea turtle sanctuary. Continue sailing to Kanawa Island for swimming and beach relaxation. Enjoy lunch as the boat cruises back to Labuan Bajo Marina, arriving around 12:30 PM with drop-off shuttle service to Komodo Airport (LBJ) or your hotel.
