One park day, two vessels
IslandSail.id runs the Komodo day cruise as an open trip with daily departure from Labuan Bajo Marina. Hotel pickup, lunch box, snorkel mask, life jacket, and a local guide sit on both boats. The choice is how you want to cross the strait: fast enclosed hull, or a wooden open deck with sunbeds.
Both land Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and Kanawa in about eleven hours, then drop you back in town. Park entry and ranger fees are paid on the park day, separate from the sailing fare.

What stays the same on both boats
Pickup in Labuan Bajo starts around 05:30. Padar is the morning summit. Pink Beach is the coral-sand snorkel. Komodo Island is the ranger trek and lunch. Afternoon water time is Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and Kanawa before the return. Documentation photos are included on the One Day Trip fare of IDR 1,350,000 per person.
How to choose
- Take the speed boat if you want more minutes on land and less time underway.
- Take the luxury open deck if the crossing itself is part of the day — shade, sunbeds, and a slower view of the park.
